My name is Tim Rooney. I am a 50 year old Canadian man who has been working steady in the Oil trades for over 29 years now. If you need a Professional to help with your New Construction, Pre-Commissioning, Commissioning, Start Up, Turn over or Maintenance Shut Downs then you have found the right man for the job.

My job is to supply supporting OPERATIONAL / PROCESS related management and ORGANIZATIONAL services to Upstream, Mid and Downstream oil / gas and petrochemical industries, in order to improve the whole chain of activities and upgrade profits for the customer in an environmentally friendly and safe manner.
I specialize in Project & Construction Management.
My experience gives me Global Recognition of Refinery expectations including Safety in an International Standards of Operation.

Objectives
I'm looking for a position as Construction Manager\Superintendent or something along the lines of Mechanical/Piping Manager/Superintendent. I am single status and willing to re-locate world wide depending on the job and contract etc.
